For more than 25 years KingSave has designed and produced brake pads and brake shoes in its own factories in Hebei and Zhejiang, China.
Our story
Over 25 years KingSave has grown into a manufacturer with multiple production lines, more than 150 employees and a catalog of over 1,000 brake pad and 300 brake shoe references.
Today we supply passenger car, van, truck and heavy machinery friction parts to distributors, importers and workshops around the world. We use modern hot-press and molding technology so every part meets the dimensions and performance of the original equipment it replaces.

Everything from raw friction material to finished, boxed product happens under our own roof.
- FormulationCeramic and semi-metallic friction mixes developed in our own lab.
- Hot pressingFriction material is pressed onto OE-dimension steel backing plates.
- Curing and finishingHeat curing, grinding, slotting, chamfering and powder coating.
- Inspection and packingDimensional and quality checks, then packing in KingSave or your own boxes.
